Relocation can be complete on paper while the human transition continues long after arrival. International leaders and professionals may still be rebuilding routines, confidence, identity and belonging. Partners and adult family members can experience the same move in a completely different way.
I developed and personally lead The Grounded Transition Programme—a confidential six-week support pathway for internationally mobile people and their families. Through six private online conversations, participants can pause, understand what is affecting them, reconnect with what matters and choose practical steps for the next stage.
I work with Global Mobility, International HR, People and Total Rewards leaders, sponsoring employers and relocation partners seeking a clearer after-arrival support pathway.
Private conversations, workbook responses and personal disclosures remain confidential. Sponsors receive only agreed participation information and aggregate programme learning.
My approach is calm, practical and person-centred. The programme is available online in English and Spanish, with a current focus on the UAE and international delivery where there is a genuine fit.
